Yantra Meditation

January 2, 2012
By

According to the Vedas, there are 7 realms / spheres / planes or chakras of existence, each more spiritually advanced than the previous one. It is also mentioned that through spiritual awareness and development (kundalini awakening), our inner channel also known as sushmana can get cleansed and we can progressively move through these realms of energy centers and ultimately merge with the Supreme Being. Various Buddhist teachings have also referred to these seven realms.
Gyatri Mantra recited by Anuradha Paudwal.
